The 2025 Integrated Report is the tool through which AM transparently and systematically details its journey toward responsible growth. This document combines economic performance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments into a single vision, offering a comprehensive overview of the value generated by the company throughout the year.

We manage our activities with transparency, integrity, inclusiveness and legality, in compliance with the laws and guidelines inherent in social responsibility.
Management Model and Code of Ethics
We have developed and adopted our own Code of Ethics and an Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 in order to prevent illegal conduct within the company.
Whistleblowing
With a view to regulatory compliance, both national and European, we have implemented a corporate channel for reporting irregularities, conduct or illegal behavior to the relevant bodies, with appropriate guarantees of anonymity and maximum confidentiality.

On March 5, 2026, the red Frammento bench was installed on Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, in front of the entrance to AM's headquarters in Limbiate.
Donated by AM to the Municipality of Limbiate, the Frammento bench was designed by architects Pietro and Raffaele Cipolletta, in collaboration with Giulio Pucci, and was manufactured by Cemento Line.
“Frammento” represents a concrete and meaningful message to the local community and another step forward in the company’s commitment to supporting women. It is a symbol to ensure we never forget, giving a voice to those who can no longer speak for themselves. It is a tangible reminder to honor the memory of women who have been victims of violence every day and to transform that memory into a collective responsibility. Part of the investment allocated to the installation was donated to C.A.DO.M., a support center for abused women.
Gender equality
AM has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for Gender Equality, confirming a structured and ongoing commitment to promoting a work environment that is fair, respectful and open to diversity.
The certification recognizes AM's concrete and measurable commitment to promoting gender equality and building an increasingly equitable, inclusive and diversity-friendly work environment.
Being certified means having structured policies and processes that foster:

- Balance between professional and personal life,
- The adoption of inclusive and non-discriminatory practices,
- Attention to compensation dynamics and corporate culture.

LeaderSHE
Gender equality is a value that in AM we are committed to cultivating in a concrete way, through dedicated moments of listening, training and discussion. With this spirit Leader-SHE was born, a project aimed at all women in AM and carried out in collaboration with Fondazione Libellula, with the aim of promotingwomen's empowerment within our reality.
Through in-person meetings, central topics such as self-esteem and self-confidence, assertive communication, emotional awareness, and courage to act were addressed.
Leader-SHE was an opportunity to get involved, share experiences and reflect on the value of the differences that each woman can bring to the company. It was a valuable opportunity to rethink the role of women in the world of work and promote more inclusive, authentic and conscious leadership models.
A small step, together, toward a more equitable, robust and participatory organization.
Serenis: mens sana in corporate sana
Through a partnership with Serenis, an online platform for mental wellness, AM makes psychotherapy pathways available for its employees.
With this agreement, the company provides 5 free individual psychotherapy sessions and sessions at a subsidized price.
Psychotherapy sessions not only aim to support emotional balance, but also offer opportunities to develop key skills that can significantly improve daily life.
AM's goal is also to support its people in terms of their overall health and happiness: therapy could have a positive impact on their personal and professional lives and change the way they see things.
The collaboration with Serenis, in addition to psychotherapy sessions, includes 12 webinars, one per month, on topics related to mental well-being.

Becoming a parent is a time of great transformation, bringing with it new responsibilities and needs. AM offers tools provided by legislation and company measures to support maternity, paternity and childcare.

The social promotion association Aldel22 (ETS) is aimed at patients affected by chromosome 22 deletion, their families, the scientific community, and the public to inform, support clinical research, and promote the social inclusion of people affected by this rare genetic syndrome.
Italian Association for the Fight against Neuroblastoma ETS
The Italian Association for the Fight against Neuroblastoma – ETS was founded on July 23, 1993, at the "G. Gaslini" Institute in Genoa on the initiative of a group of parents directly involved and oncologists who treated their sick children. The Association's mission is to defeat neuroblastoma and pediatric solid tumors through innovative research projects aimed at identifying new and effective therapies and personalized treatments.
Cadom
A safe and non-judgmental space, the volunteer organization Cadom (ETS) welcomes all women who experience violence, offering a listening ear, information, support, and discussion, so that they can face and overcome difficult times without ever feeling alone.
FAI
Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano (Italian Environment Fund) is an ETS foundation established in 1975, modeled on the National Trust, with the aim of protecting and enhancing Italy's historical, artistic, and landscape heritage.
Dragonfly Foundation
The Libellula Foundation (ETS) is a social enterprise that promotes a culture of beauty to prevent and combat all forms of violence against women and gender discrimination. Fairness, harmonious relationships, respect for every human being, attention to the little things.
Daily bread
Pane Quotidiano (ETS) is a secular, apolitical, non-profit volunteer organization founded in Milan in 1898. Its goal is to provide basic foodstuffs to those in need, every day, free of charge.
PlayMore
PlayMore (ETS) is a social promotion association founded in 2010 that promotes sport as an extraordinary source of energy to improve the lives of individuals and communities, with a particular focus on people in vulnerable situations.
Live down
The volunteer organization Vivi Down (ETS), founded in 1988, works daily to provide people with Down syndrome and their families with the tools to cope with the difficulties that disability entails.
Environment
(S)put it here!
In line with its commitment to environmental sustainability, AM recently activated the "(S)put it here!" project.
Every cigarette butt collected within our "Smoker Points" will be recycled through the process of Re-Cig-the first and only licensed cigarette butt collection company in Europe-and transformed into plastic material that can be used for various applications.
In addition to being an aesthetic problem, cigarette filters contain a number of chemicals, many of which are toxic to ecosystems. When a butt is thrown on the ground and carried by rain and wind, it ends up in our seas and oceans, taking 2 to 12 years to fully degrade. During this process, it releases microplastics and nanoplastics into our marine environment, further contributing to the contamination of our ecosystem.
Sustainable events
The environmental issue is a daily challenge that we also want to address in the organization of our events. From our biannual internal meetings, Winter and Summer GAME, to our RTF - Ride the Future days, we take the opportunity to offset emissions through our partnership with Up2You.
Making our events carbon neutral means calculating their environmental impact and defining a strategy to reduce emissions, and then offsetting those that cannot be reduced by supporting certified environmental projects.
AM has directed its efforts to Italy, specifically Val Dogà, a fishing valley located below sea level, which requires continuous water changes; and Valle Cà Pisani, a fishing valley also located below sea level, near the Po Delta.
The project involves the capture of CO₂, preservation of biodiversity, economic and social development, and improvement of marine conditions.
Green energy
In line with our environmental sustainability goals, we are committed to reducing our impact on energy consumption from nonrenewable sources. In this direction, in 2024 we built the first photovoltaic system at our Cesano Maderno (MB) headquarters, a solar energy self-generation project that represents a significant step toward reducing the environmental impact of our production.

Corporate culture and code of conduct
Our commitment to Governance is reflected in the implementation of the Code of Ethics and the Organizational and Management Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001. We also provide employees with ongoing training and maintain an internal reporting system (whistleblowing) that allows for confidential and secure reporting of violations.
To further strengthen the culture of ethical management, we have established an Ethics Committee, a cross-functional advisory body that supports management in assessing ethical dilemmas and ensures that business decisions are aligned with our core values.
Digital transformation
At AM we understand that digital transformation is not just about tools, but more importantly about fostering a cultural change in the way we work and approach continuous improvement. We see digital transformation not just as a technology upgrade, but as a strategic enabler for innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
To drive this change from within, we launched "DigitHalley," a cross-functional task force of young professionals with an average age of 27, charged with leading the company's digital evolution.
The initiative focuses on five key priorities:
