    Regarding the role
    We are looking for a person for the role of Product Specialist to ensure ongoing support to the sales force in order to determine the appropriate type of product to meet the customer's need and to respond to the customer's needs throughout the product's use cycle by providing technical advice.
     
    Main activities
    • Identifies the product solution that best meets the customer's needs;
    • Compare products to find the best alternatives for customers;
    • assists the sales force in the presentation of products and services, providing contribution to the full display of product features and specifics;
    • provides technical support to customers, including assistance in troubleshooting, answering questions, and instructions on using the product;
    • conducts training sessions and workshops for clients to help them understand and use the product effectively;
    • analyzes market needs and developments, studies customer needs for the implementation and promotion of new products;
    • Performs analysis of sales data in order to identify critical issues and opportunities;
    • Gathers feedback from customers by sharing it with the Marketing function and internal/external development teams;
    • follows the stages of adapting and customizing the product according to the customer's needs;
    • Collaborates with suppliers in the modification or implementation stages of new products;
    • Collaborates with the Marketing function to define product promotion.
    Requirements and experience
    • Prior experience in Product Specialist role, preferably in the life science world (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device);
    • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Strong customer and result orientation;

    Regarding the role
    The selected person will be placed within the Marketing department and will support the organization and management of corporate events, fairs, meetings and congresses, ensuring compliance with the guidelines defined by the company and contributing to the success of the initiatives and the strengthening of the corporate image.
     
    Main activities
    • Collaborate in defining, updating, and collecting useful information for event calendar planning.
    • Collaborates in monitoring function expenses and budgets, collecting estimates, invoices, and administrative documentation.
    • Handles the operational management of gadgets and promotional materials and supports the ordering and verification of materials.
    • Provides assistance in organizing logistical activities: set-up, transportation, shipping, and post-event return of materials.
    • Supports the team in dealing with suppliers, partners, locations, and agencies.
    • Provides operational and organizational support to the sales force during trade shows and promotional events.
    • Drafts and updates reports on activities carried out and results achieved.
    • Collaborates in the management and proper use of the company CRM for data collection and analysis.
    • Supports the department's marketing and communication activities to enhance corporate image.
    Requirements and skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or similar;
    • Prior experience in the role of Marketing assistant/Event assistant;
    • Aptitude for teamwork and good interpersonal skills;
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Excellent use of Excel and Power Point;
    • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
    • German language skills preferred.

    Regarding the role
    We are looking for a person who will ensure ongoing support to the sales team, providing customer service and support to all stakeholders, and who is dedicated to order management throughout the fulfillment phase.
    Main activities
    • In collaboration with the department manager, she assists customers by surveying their needs and providing the necessary information to meet their requirements;
    • in cooperation with the department head identifies products corresponding to customer needs;
    • Drafts sales bids and performs the corresponding follow-up;
    • Develops reports and statistics pertaining to sales data to support the sales team;
    • Drafts and submits economic bids for participation in public and private tenders;
    • Updates product price lists and is responsible for creating new product codes;
    • Manages sampling, monitors inventory, vision accounts, and demonstration accounts;
    • performs checking, validation and entry of orders into the system and prepares order confirmations to be forwarded to the customer;
    • checks the availability of the products ordered;
    • Works with customers to confirm order details, answer questions, provide information on product availability and delivery times;
    • Collaborates with other internal functions involved to ensure the proper execution of orders.
    Requirements
    • Previous experience in inside sales and/or customer service role;
    • Preferable knowledge of Gamma Enterprise management software;
    • Good knowledge of the English language;
    • Communication skills and predisposition to work in a team;
    • Customer and result orientation.
