Regarding the role
We are looking for a person who will ensure ongoing support to the sales team, providing customer service and support to all stakeholders, and who is dedicated to order management throughout the fulfillment phase.
Main activities
- In collaboration with the department manager, she assists customers by surveying their needs and providing the necessary information to meet their requirements;
- in cooperation with the department head identifies products corresponding to customer needs;
- Drafts sales bids and performs the corresponding follow-up;
- Develops reports and statistics pertaining to sales data to support the sales team;
- Drafts and submits economic bids for participation in public and private tenders;
- Updates product price lists and is responsible for creating new product codes;
- Manages sampling, monitors inventory, vision accounts, and demonstration accounts;
- performs checking, validation and entry of orders into the system and prepares order confirmations to be forwarded to the customer;
- checks the availability of the products ordered;
- Works with customers to confirm order details, answer questions, provide information on product availability and delivery times;
- Collaborates with other internal functions involved to ensure the proper execution of orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in inside sales and/or customer service role;
- Preferable knowledge of Gamma Enterprise management software;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Communication skills and predisposition to work in a team;
- Customer and result orientation.
