AM has embarked on a path that will lead it to obtain Gender Equality Certification.

While companies, in line with the sustainability path they have embarked on, aim to achieve this goal, the social context still struggles to recognize equal opportunities between men and women. In particular, Italy in 2023 ranked 79th for female employment within a ranking of 146 countries.

AM, with the aim of fostering an inclusive environment towards female employees, is now committed to ensuring the fulfillment of 33 corporate KPIs divided between the areas of:

  • Culture and strategy
  • Governance
  • HR Processes
  • Opportunities for growth and inclusion of women in business
  • Pay equity by gender
  • Protection of parenting
  • Work-life balance

AM is not alone in this journey, but can count on the help of LCA, a law firm with which it establishes relationship to finalize in legal terms the Certification.

In addition, AM chooses to enter into a new partnership with Dragonfly Foundation. The choice aims to prevent and combat gender-based violence through the promotion of a corporate culture that is aware, participatory and increasingly committed to the issue.
