Presentation of Integrated Report 2024 and focus on innovation and artificial intelligence

Limbiate, July 17, 2025 - AM's annual meeting with stakeholders, which has always been a key moment of dialogue and transparency with customers, suppliers, banking institutions, local communities, universities and professionals, was held at the Limbiate headquarters.

The Integrated Report 2024, which includes the statutory financial statements and sustainability report, was officially presented at the event.

The day opened with institutional greetings from Roberto Fossati, CEO of AM, who recalled how "in these 35 years AM has learned not to suffer change, but to interpret it. Global problems cannot be ignored, but every crisis brings with it opportunities to be seized and governed. This is what we do every day: turn uncertainty into action through constant strategic engagement."

Fossati reiterated that even in an environment marked by instability, it is possible to determine the future of a company and its people by making concrete choices and strategic investments.

The presentation of last year's financial results and ESG performance-available at aminstruments.com-confirms the company's commitment to responsible, sustainable, and shared growth. Sales reached 44.8 million euros, an increase of 7.9 percent over 2023 and a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.1 percent over the past five years. The expansion of the Limbiate cleanroom and the increase in the company's population have strengthened production capacity, sustaining growth and preparing the organization for future challenges, while maintaining an EBITDA of 13%. A path of lasting value creation, founded on the belief that doing business responsibly is the key to sustainable success over time.

The event featured a succession of high-impact speeches involving an audience of more than 50 people in addition to those who followed remotely. This year, ample space was devoted to technological innovation and social responsibility, themes central to AM's growth path. In particular, the role of artificial intelligence in business processes, data management and the development of advanced customer solutions was explored. These topics were discussed by, among others, Stefano Valvason, General Manager of A.P.I.; Carmine Tripodi of MC Crescendo; Carla Sauris of the Intesa Sanpaolo Study Center; Edoardo Mollona of the University of Bologna; Stefano Mizio of the Milan Polytechnic; the president of the Italian Association for the Fight against Neuroblastoma, Sara Costa; Laura Vitelli for the Libellula Association; and strategic partners Ecolab and Thermo Fisher with Lisa Stasi, Francesca Piraino and Fabio Mazza.

Within this path dedicated to innovation, the Digit Halley experience was of particular importance: a project launched in 2024 by AM featuring a group of young people under the age of 30 dedicated to accelerating technological change in the company.

The day highlighted not only AI-related issues, but was an opportunity to tell the story of the company's commitment to social inclusion and responsibility to communities. Tangible initiatives aimed at promoting equal opportunity, people's well-being, and valuing diversity, central elements of AM's sustainability strategy, were presented. These included new HR policies on vacation plans and travel, support for the Association for the Fight against Neuroblastoma, collaboration with the Dragonfly association for women's empowerment, and partnership with Serenis in support of mental health.

A particularly significant moment was the announcement of the achievement of gender parity certification-a milestone that marks a milestone in AM's journey toward an increasingly equitable and inclusive work environment.

At the end of the day, participants were able to tour the production areas with a focus on the expansion of the new Pharmaclean® cleanroom , which increased the total cleanroom production space to 1000sqm; and have a unique augmented reality experience through the use of Spatial Computing.
