From the very first week of employment, the HR Department organizes Welcome Training courses dedicated to new hires. The Onboarding course represents a key moment of exchange and sharing, offering meaningful knowledge that will accompany people throughout their corporate experience.
After this initial phase, each resource has the opportunity to identify courses that are useful for his or her role, but more importantly, training paths that enrich his or her person. Annually, business teams define their training needs, which result in experiences aimed at strengthening both hard and soft skills.
AM Academy has its heart in Pagano Hall, a space dedicated to training AM people, but also to corporate events open to our stakeholders and partners, with the concrete goal of promoting a culture based on continuous development.
