AM is at Pharmintech 2025 with key innovations in contamination control.
First among them is the new Integra technology, through which Pharmaclean® produces bags and rolls made of Tyvek®-PET/PP material for autoclave sterilization and material transfer.
A 100% Annex 1-aligned production: a validated printing technology, in fact, allows printing of the process indicator such that the risks of chemical residues on the product and in the autoclave are completely eliminated. Not only that, batch and product code printing ensures full traceability throughout the process.
A "workshop corner" was arranged at the booth.
Our Pharmaclean® product specialists are available for workshops dedicated to packaging and sterilization: from material selection to packaging and unpacking operating procedures, always with reference to the requirements of the new Annex 1.
Also new: a new generation of insulator gloves made of CSM, Butyl and EPDM. The new gloves guarantee quality and safety. Ideal for pharmaceutical and food production, they possess excellent impermeability to gases and liquids, excellent chemical resistance and resistance to sterilizing agents. Their performance remains unchanged up to 90 autoclave cycles.
Finally, our line for biodecontamination with HPE technology, namely Zherox®. The line covers not only the mobile, portable and stationary system, but also MyBox®, the pass-box with integrated biodecontamination.
