On March 5, 2026, the red Frammento bench was installed on Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, in front of the entrance to AM's headquarters in Limbiate.

Donated by AM to the Municipality of Limbiate, the Frammento bench was designed by architects Pietro and Raffaele Cipolletta, in collaboration with Giulio Pucci, and was manufactured by Cemento Line.

The bench is unique in that it is covered with tiles in different shades of red, each one different from the other. This variety of colors, shapes, and sizes symbolizes the diversity and uniqueness of the female world, where every woman represents a unique and irreplaceable piece in everyone's daily life.

The inauguration was preceded by a presentation and discussion between the company and local institutions, during which the values and motivations behind the project were explored, as well as the shared commitment to promoting a culture of respect and prevention of gender-based violence.

During the meeting, Nicole Belletti, AM manager of the project, emphasized how the choice of Frammento represents a concrete and meaningful message to the local community and a further step in the company's journey to support women. A symbol not to be forgotten, giving voice to those who can no longer speak. A tangible sign to remember every day the women who are victims of violence and transform memory into collective responsibility. Part of the investment dedicated to the installation was donated to the C.A.DO.M. association, a center that helps abused women.

“This initiative is part of a broader commitment that AM has pursued since its foundation in 1990. Over the years, we have consolidated a structured path of inclusion that has led us to obtain Gender Equality Certification and to carry out significant projects dedicated to female empowerment and raising awareness of violence against women. The red bench is part of this journey: a symbol that not only serves as a reminder, but also inspires concrete and lasting change."

Cinzia Pagani, President of AM

“The fight against gender violence requires daily action and courageous partners. This is why the Municipality of Limbiate has enthusiastically embraced the project by AM Instruments, a company we consider to be an absolute leader not only in terms of production but also in terms of ethics. This red designer bench is the emblem of a modern vision of business, where aesthetics are combined with civic engagement. I would like to thank AM for its foresight and for choosing to actively support C.A.DO.M. in Monza: it is through these synergies between institutions and responsible companies that we can build a truly deep-rooted and lasting culture of respect."
