Zherox® Sync is the new system in the Zherox® line for bio-decontamination using HPE technology. It is fully scalable and modular, allowing for up to 20 units to be managed independently and simultaneously via remote control, with endless configuration options.

With Zherox® Station, you can control all the machines located in the treatment area remotely, program bio-decontamination cycles, create and recall an unlimited number of recipes, monitor parameters, and receive alarm notifications.

Zherox® Station

With Zherox® Station, you can control all the machines located in the treatment area remotely, program bio-decontamination cycles, create and recall an unlimited number of recipes, monitor parameters, and receive alarm notifications.

Recipes and reports are always available in the system and can be downloaded to the company server
Can be integrated with the Zherox® WiFi network and the customer's corporate network

Remote control with Zherox® Station

Remote control and independent management of up to 20 units via the Zherox® Station tablet PC.

Maximum operational flexibility

Recipes can be created, retrieved, or modified using Zherox® Station. You can also upload maps of the treated areas to determine the placement of units, the WiFi kit, and the indicators.

Comprehensive reporting

Detailed and comprehensive cycle reports of the facility layout, reports on alarms and audit trails, and the ability to save data to a tablet and upload it to the client’s corporate server.

Monitoring

Monitoring of cycles via a dedicated page on a tablet, with the option to connect the Vaisala probe to the biodecontamination units to monitor peroxide concentration directly from the Zherox® Station.

Traceability

RFID-based tank identification; monitoring of the processed volume and the amount of hydrogen peroxide dispensed at the end of the cycle via a load cell.

HPE Technology
